Descripción de la ofertaI’m helping Loose Leaf Properties find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Webflow CMS / UX - UI Designer.“Build digital experiences that simplify rentals, improve workflows, and grow a hassle-free property management platform." Compensation: USD 25 - 45/hour. Location: Remote (anywhere). Mission of Loose Leaf Properties: "Flat-Fee Property Management in Fremont, Dublin & San Jose - Full Service, No Hassle." What makes you a strong candidate: - You are proficient in tool integration, UX/UI, and Webflow. - English - Fully fluent. - Spanish - Fully fluent. Responsibilities and more: Requirements: • Strong experience with Webflow CMS. • Ability to build clean, responsive layouts for both desktop and mobile. • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles. • Familiarity with directories or marketplaces. • Capability to integrate basic tools like Google Forms, Calendly, or external app links. • Good communication skills in English and/or Spanish. Responsibilities: • Build a custom rental listings page using Webflow CMS. • Set up filterable property listings (price, city, beds/baths). • Create individual property pages with listing data, photos, and application links. • Make it easy for our non-technical team to upload/edit listings. • Work closely with the founder to continue growing the platform long-term. • Help shape future features (chat, owner dashboards, etc.). | |||||||||||||
