Problemas de instalacio

Tengo un problema al instalar sql server
estoy dandole siguiente
y al momento de q se esta instalando me mada este error al en el 47% de la instalacion
The specified file cannot be opened as read-only.Ensure the reource file is present in the location
spacified anda restar setup.
File:D:\SQLEVAL\x86\setup\..\Bin
Q pasa>? como solucionarlo.? podran ayudarme gracias
