Java - Visual J++

Hello!

I have the Visual J++ and the book "Learn Visual J++ now",
but also I have a problem that don´t let me go on.

This problem consists in that the book tries to explain how to
create a "form", but in the moment the book say "see
designer", this option doesn´t work saying:

"java.lang.IllegalAccessErrorcom/ms/wfc/util/Debug$Switch"

Other thing that happens related is that the menu of "toolkit window" doesn´t appear the wfc´s botton.
