Se descuadran las tablas

Buenas..
Como puedo evitar que se descuadren las tablas en la pagina cuyo codigo adjunto, cuando aumento o disminuyo la resolucion del navegador (control + rueda mouse)
Nota :Se que solo lo hace cuando las tablas apenas se distinguen pero no entiendo porque..
