Visual C++ .NET - No puedo Instalar Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Professional en mi laptop

quisiera saber por que no puedo instalar en mi laptop el Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Professional ?? estoy como administrador en la pc y solo instala los primeros cuatro componentes y luego da el siguiente error :

Ya he instalado el visual studio en otras computadoras y funciona perfecto, pero en esta lapto Dell Inpisron 1525 con Windows 7, y estando como administrador, no funciona

que podria ser ??
