copiar-pegar en el richtextbox

Hola a todos:
Tengo un RTB, q presenta un documento *.rtf. Me podrian decir, como hago para q al copiar y pegar me conserve el formato del documento. Es decir, tengo el texto, con fuentes en negrita, centrado y caracteristicas de ese tipo.
Sin embargo, al copiar el texto, y por ejemplo abrir el word, y utilizar la opcion de pegar. Este lo hace, sin ningun tipo de formato. Esto es, simplemente, me pega el texto, como si se tratase de un *.txt.
