Problemas al Instalar

Hola:
Un Favor Genere una instalacion para un programa que realize en Visual Basis, pero al momento de ejecutar la instalacion en un equipo con Windows 98 Profesional me marcar el siguiente error:
Setup Cannot because some system files are out of date on your system. Click OK if you would like setup to update these Files for you now.You will need restart Windows before you can run stop again . Click cancel to exit setup without updating system files
Si le presiono OK, me manda el siguiente error:
Do you want to restart windows now? if you chouse "NO" , You will not able to run setup again until after the system is rebooted at a later time.
Que puedo hacer para solucionar este problema?
