Visual Basic - Como crear un formulario Dinamico

Hola a todos, es mi primer post necesito saber como realizar un formulario dinamico:
Es decir quiero mostrar ciertos campos en un formulario de tal manera que cuando presione un boton por ejemplo [Más...] Me muestre mas objetos en el formulario haciendo que el formulario se redimensione y muestre los objetos ocultos.

No se si me dejo entender Aqui les dejo unas imagenes:<br>

Lo que te propongo es quizas una pequeña chapucilla pero a mi me funciona y se trata de jugar con los valores de Form1.Height y Form1.Widht:

Todos los objetos que esten en el formulario cuando este en "Grande" no son visibles cuando el formulario es "pequeño"
