SAP - Error al instalar Database Instance SAP R3 Oracle

Hola como estan,
Tengo un error al momento de instalar el SAP R3 4.7 IDES con Oracle.
El Central Instance lo instala correctamente pero cuando instalo el Database Instance me sale una caja de error despues de 6 horas de instalacion y en la fase 29 de 34:

An error occured while processing service SAP R3E 4.7 Extension Set 2 SR1> ABAP System>Oracle>Non-Unicode>Database Instance Installation.

Y revisando el log, aparece lo siguiente:

CJS-00288 Could not update database statistics.
DIAGNOSIS: Command brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPNAS returned 3.

Buscando alguna informacion de este problema que estoy teniendo, me encontre que tu ya haz tenido el mismo error. Lograste arregalrlo? y cual fue la solucion?
