Estoy intentando instalar el nework simulator, pero me da el siguiente error:
Tcl8.3.2 configuration failed! Exiting....
Tcl is not part of the ns proyect. Please see www.Scriptics.com to see if they have a fix for
your plataform.
Este error me da si lo intento instalar en Linux o sobre el cygwin
