PostgreSQL - Prestashop 1.7 cant connect to PostgresQL database

I'm installing prestashop, but I don't want to use MySQL because my heart is PostgresQL, I am almost ready but i can't connect to database and all information is ok, I have test database with UTF8 and SQL_ascci and localle C, and I cant get it, It allways says the same message.
Please help, otherwise I would have to use default database and I cant sleep as well
