PHP - ya no funciona el apache

saludos:
estaba usando el apache peri sucede que :
1.enciendo el apache y sale running, como siempre
2.pero cuando accedo a mis archivosa y coloco :

http://localhost/hola.html

sale:

que puede estar pasando.

Revisa el log del Apache y mandamelo para examinarlo y darte una respuesta mas clara.
