Oracle - Error con un paquete.

Muchas gracias antes de nada por leer el mensaje.
El error es causado a la hora de ejecutar un time, meto las horas correspondientes pero cuando le doy a ejecutar me da el siguiente erro ;

PA_DEBUG (ERROR=ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small)

El error esta claro:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small)
tienes una variable definida muy pequeña
