Oracle - Oracle 11gR2 en Debian

Buenas, acudo a este foro para pedir ayuda a este problema que lleva comiendome la cabeza desde hace ya una temporadita larga, y es el siguiente

Tras una instalacion satisfactoria tipo windows de ORACLE(osea de siguiente siguiente sin problema alguno (me aparece que los paquetes no los encuentra pero estan instalados ignoro el fallo y sigue la instalacion correctamente)) logeo con el usuario sys de esta manera

sys/contraseña@BD as sysdba

sin problemas pudiendo hacer mis select, ejecutar .sql etc sin problemas, pero cual es mi sorpresa que tras reiniciar la maquina deja de poder logearse... he estado mirando por mi cuenta y en el lsnrctl "funcionando correctamente" haciendole un status me muesta

Por lo que hay algo que tras reiniciar cambia radicalmente y no se lo que es, a ver si sois capaces de sacarlo por que voy a empezar a perder pelo a este paso >_<
