Linux - Problema con duplicados de librerias

Estoy intentando reinstalar unas librerias y me sale el siguiente error,¿como puedo solucionarlo? He hecho lo de apt-get update y apt-get upgrade pero no dice que nada para instalar,lo mismo con yum.
