modelo de estimacion ARX

Buenas tardes.
Estoy haciendo el proyecto en labview sobre el control de un caudal de agua.
y para estimar el modelo utilizo en la paleta System Identification, modulo de estimación, modelo ARX.
Y cada vez que conecto el estimulus y la respuesta todo el rato me sale este mensaje:
"System Identification Toolset: The signal length is too small for computation, or the stimulus and response signals are not the same length."
Si alguien me pudiera ayudar se lo agradeceria mucho, como he dicho antes es un proyecto de final de carrerra.
