JavaScript - BUSCADOR DE PALABRAS EXIGENTE

Hola, tengo un pequeño problema que capás que sea de facil solución pero yo ni idea, estaba buscando como buscar palabaras dentro de una web y encontré un codigo que lo detallo mas abajo pero el problemas es que hay que volver a presionar el boton cada ves que quiero que se ilumine la siguiente palabra y en una web extensa es medio feo tener que ir y venir del boton de busqueda por eso queria saber si se puede hacer que el botón responda siempre a la tecla enter y no solo una vez.
