Problemas con servicio RESTFull en servidor linux tomcat

Estimados,
Tengo un problema al levantar mi proyecto en un servidor tomcat en ambiente linux.
El despliegue del proyecto se realiza correctamente y no muestra errores en la consola, sin embargo, al momento de consumir el servicio tomcat dice que no existe tal recurso.
"The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not
willing to disclose that one exists"
Estoy utilizando jersey 2 para usar Restfull.
