Struts 2

Buenos días, ocupo de su ayuda para un problema que estoy teniendo con Struts2, al ejecutar mi aplicación web me arroja este error: El recurso requerido (/MiSitioWeb/Welcome) no está disponible. Tengo una jsp inicial en la que ingreso un texto y al dar click al boton, en lugar de abrirme mi otra jsp me arroja este error. Estoy trabajando con eclipse y tomcat v7.0. Espero me puedan ayudar. Gracias.
