URGENTE!! Error context.xml

Cada vez que intento compilar un servlet que estoy haciendo me sale el siguiente error.
Cannot find the declaration of element 'Context'. [2].
El fichero context.xml es:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Context path="/formacion"/>
¿Cual es el error?
