problemas al envio del formulario

Tengo un formulario hecho en front page y lo envio a traves de un programa jsp. pero al enviarlo me aparece el siguiente error:
Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /contact.jsp.

No se que podra ser......alguien me puede ayudar ?????
