error con el iis

hola a todos, instale sin problemas el iis pero cuando deseo comprobar si me jala le doy http://localhost y me marca el siguiente error :
the requested URL could not be retrieved
while trying to retrieve the URL http://localhost
the following error was encountered:
connection failed
the system returned
(111) connection refused
the remote host or network may be down. please try the request again
ypur cache administrator is root
los servicios del iis y todo lo demas esta bien se intalo pero no se porque cuando le doy localhost no me aparece la comprobacion de que esta bien instalado el iis.........
no se si afecte que tego instaladao un programa llamado orion, agradeceria cualquir ayuda..
