Problemas con Server Extensions

Hola a todos, a ver si alguno de ustedes puede darme una mano con esto.
Tengo un W2K Server, con el iis 5 instalado.
Tengo varios sitios en dicho iis, pero el problema se me presenta cuando quiero configurar las extensiones.
Luego de darle ok a todos lospasos que me pregunta, me sale el siguiente error.
"Unable to create a web for de URL "/" because its root directory, "C:\Intetpub\wwwroot\ERCJETMAR\", falls below the root of another web in the directory "C:\Inetpub\wwroot".
