error system network

Buenas tardes Amigos, tengo informix 9.4 sobre windows 2003 server estuve revisando el log de informix y me aperecio el siguiente error
09:52:27 Maximum server connections 83
09:56:35 (3429) Unable to initiate asyncronous read operation
09:56:35 listener-thread: err = -25580: oserr = 11004: errstr = : System error occurred in network function.
System error = 11004.
por favor si puedieran explicarme a que se refiere este error y como se podria resolcer par que no vuelva a ocurrir.
