Error al registrar una DLL de Genexus

Amigos:
Intento registrar ld DLL Gxdata81.dll
"regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\GXDATA81.DLL" y me arroja el error
"Error en LoadLibrary (C:\WINDOWS\system32\GXDATA81.DLL) - No se puede encontrar el módulo especificado."
