registrando un ocx, PROBLEMA

Saludos foxeros yo otra vez.
estoy agregando un OCX POR menu/toots/options/
selecciono la pestaña controls y selecciono ACTIVEX CONTROLS Y LUEGO UBICO LA RUTA DONDE ESTA el OCX...
hasta qui todo bien, el problema esta es cuando quiero agregar este control a un formulario me da el siguiente ERROR
OLE ERROR CODE 0x80040154: Clase no registrada
que estara pasando o que me esta faltando hacer demen una guia please.
