como quitar el password del biosfera dell

Hola soy nuevo en el foro quería saber sí alguien m podría ayudar en mi problema con mi lap top es una dell latitude D610
el cual cuando la enciendo aparece ezta:
this computer system ; #7KCMR71-595B, is protected by a password authentication system. you cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password
please type in the system or administrator password ando presse <enter>
despes de ezo no puedo ni escribir sólo funciona enter porfavor ayudenme se los agradesco de todo corazón
