Apache - apache2 no se me inicia después de instalar reglas OWASP

Buenos días, estoy intentando iniciar bueno en este caso reiniciar el servicio de Apache 2 y me da un error que no sé como subsanar, he activado el módulo mod-security y luego instalado una reglas OWASP, todo lo hice al pie de la letra desde este tutorial:

y el error que me sale es el siguiente:
