PDF a Wprd

Saludos y agradeciendo de antemano la ayuda;
Intento convertir un documento de PDF a Word, tendo instalados el Adobe Acrobat Profesional 7 y el office profesional 2003, y cuando intento cambiar cierto documento a la mitad del proceso me aparece el siguiente mensaje:
Adobe was able to make this document accessible but found the following oddities:
some font(s) missing information needed to determine the characters that correspond the symbols (glyphs) in the fonts (4540 of 4540 glyphs (MSTT 31c 5fb00, MSTT31c60800...)).
y cuando abro word aparecen caracteres ilegibles.
