Error de ADODB

Hola Foro.
quiero insertar datos en una tabla access y me dña el siguiente error:
ADODB.Recordset error '800a0bb9'
Arguments are of the wrong type, are out of acceptable range, or are in conflict with one another.
el error es justo en la linea donde dice:
rs.LockType=adLockOptimistic
