ASP.NET - Error pagina ASP.NET

Hola, yo tenia una aplicacion en ASP.NET pero por problemas en el computador tuve que restaurar el sistema operativo y ahora no se por que tengo el siguiente error:

Que necesito instalar o hacer para solucionar esto?????

Tienes que tener la version 2 del framework instalada. parece q estes intentando correr una aplicacion de .net 2.0 sobre la version 1

ya lo hice y todavia sigue el error, lo que intente fue crear un nuevo web.config pero entonces ya me sale otro error:

De que sera esto. Yo tengo el sistema operativo en el D y el inetpub en el c, tendra eso algo que ver ???

okok, si la tienes instalada, para descartar q se trata de la version, debes ir al iis, alli te pones en el proyecto, boton derecho, propiedades, y veras q tienes una pestaña q pone .net, ahi debes decirle q es la version dos, podras elegirla en un desplegable.
