Ayuda para subir un webform

Hola, hace tiempo tengo una página web funcionando correctamente, y ayer le agregué un webform en asp.net y me da el siguiente error:
Access to the path "C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\eeff63bb\10cabec9" is denied.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Probándola en mi pc con la dir //localhost... funciona perfectamente.
Que puede ser? Disculpen mi ignorancia pero soy nuevo en esto...
Estaré muy agradecido a quien me pueda ayudar.
